Windows 7 Hidden Desktop Patterns
if you open C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT\ you will see 5 addtional folders with new backgrounds for Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States (which I already had due to my location) and South Africa.

Enjoy the new backgrounds.
