I have been running into several problems with windows 7 beta on Microsoft Virtual PC 2007. I have run into performance, stability, and network issues that I cannot reproduce on physical hardware. All the physical machines I have install Windows 7 on have been fairly stable and well performing. It turns out I wasn't running VPC 2007 SP1, I was using version 6.0.156.0, SP1 is version 6.0.192.0. After applying VPC 2007 SP1 the Virtual PC addons work with out a problem. The virtual PC addons allow your mouse to move in and out of the virtual machine without the need to press , in addition to some other integration enhancements between your host and guest operating systems for transferring files.
